When we arrange for services to be performed by the distributor in your area, we pass on any associated fees. The tool below shows the most common pass-through fees charged for distributor services in your area. For any unlisted fees, we’ll let you know at the time of the request.
If more than one set of fees appear, you may be in an area with more than one distributor. Check your bill to find out which one services your address.
